Registered Agent Service - $25 per year -Are you changing from a Sole Proprietorship to an LLC or an S Corp? You need a Registered Agent. A registered agent is a business or individual designated to receive service of process when an entity is a party in a legal action such as a lawsuit or summons.

What is a Registered Agent?

•Official contact to receive legal and state documents

•Must be located in every state you perform business

•Must be available for in person contact from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday

•May also be referred to as a statutory agent , resident agent, or agent for service of process

•Can hire a company to be your official registered agent
